What is Gospel Chalk Artistry?

One picture is worth a thousand words. So goes the old proverb. But never has that been more true than with gospel chalk artistry.

Accompanied by a musical soundtrack that underscores the theme of his picture, the chalk artist draws a four foot by three foot landscape before the audience's eyes -- in less than fifteen minutes.

The drawing's climax comes when the artist turns on ultraviolet (black) lights, revealing a breathtaking picture, drawn in invisible flourescent chalk. The hidden drawing brings home the final message of the picture. In the case of the drawing above, the audience is encouraged to marvel in the greatness of God's creation.
